Project Summary
The CountryHouse Residence is a community that specializes in memory care for its residents. We completed this project during a time when budgets were tight and prices were high, which added an extra challenge. There were also a few times in this process when we needed to step back and look at the logistics and history of the site. We knew it was our responsibility to plan ahead for any obstacles so that the project was finished on budget and the owner could still be profitable. In the end, we were thrilled with what we accomplished and the way it met the needs of both the owner and residents who live there.
