Project Summary
The Conrad Building is a project that our team won’t soon forget. The building encompassed an entire city block with its own private park in the middle. The construction logistics plan was a critical to the success of this project and helped reduce the impact construction traffic had on local communities in relation to congestion, pollution and noise.
The area we worked in was nearly surrounded by other houses and commercial buildings, making our work space tight and difficult to manage. However, our team worked well with each other and even made friends with the people in the neighborhood who really appreciated the way we completed our work.
