Addison
Approx. 1,509 SF

The Addison is a new ranch style floor plan designed to provide a more open feeling for today’s more casual lifestyles. A very large kitchen featuring an abundance of cabinets, a raised breakfast bar and lots of cabinet space looks out upon the dinette and Great rooms. A cathedral ceiling spans the Great room, kitchen and dinette. The Great room has a direct vent gas fireplace. Three nicely sized bedrooms are featured in this floor plan. The master suite has a walk-in closet and its own private bath. A well-equipped laundry room sits between the garage and the kitchen. A partially covered patio/deck is located right off of the dinette area. Nine foot walls give the basement a very open feeling, a perfect space for future expansion.

Augusta II
Approx. 1,889 SF

The Augusta is a conventional 1½-story floor plan designed for today’s living. A first floor master suite offers convenience with its large ¾ bath and spacious walk-in closet. The kitchen/dinette offers a relaxed setting. The great room is set off by a cathedral ceiling and a direct vent gas fireplace. Two more bedrooms and full bath can be found on 2nd floor. The Augusta also offers a two story foyer, covered entry porch and a 1st floor laundry.

Bailey/Bailey II
Approx. 2,035/2,276 SF

The Bailey and Bailey II offer the ultimate in living for the family on the go. From the nine foot first floor ceilings to its bedrooms upstairs, this floor plan represents the wants and needs of today’s busy family. A big kitchen/dinette area offers a lot of space for family gatherings. You’ll find a big family room off of the kitchen that features a direct vent gas fireplace and lots of windows looking out to the backyard. A front room offers versatility with the option of it being a formal room or a home office. You’ll find three big bedrooms upstairs in the functional two-story plan. The Bailey II has a rearranged upstairs allowing for a fourth bedroom.

Cambridge/Cambridge II
Approx. 1,968/2,141 SF

The Cambridge plan offers affordability without sacrificing livability. The kitchen, dinette and family rooms stretch along the back of the house providing the openness desired by today’s more casual lifestyles. A 1st floor laundry/mud room can be found right off of the garage and leads into the kitchen. The kitchen features a large walk-in pantry, lots of cabinet space and a breakfast bar. A 1st floor flex room can be found off of the entry. This room could be used as a formal dining or living room, or as an office, depending on the needs of the particular buyer. The Cambridge plan offers three large bedrooms upstairs. The 2nd floor is rearranged in the Cambridge II to accommodate a fourth bedroom.

Cedarwood II
Approx. 1,267 SF

The Cedarwood II is a three bedroom multi-level floor plan with a very open feeling. The Great room has a vaulted ceiling. The kitchen/dinette is right off of the Great room. The kitchen has a lot of cabinets, a pantry and a center island perfect for family gatherings or entertaining. Three nicely sized bedrooms can be found on the upper level. The garage is oversized and offers a lot of extra storage or workspace.

Cedarwood III
Approx. 1,587 SF

The Cedarwood III is a three bedroom multi-level with the same open floor plan as the Cedarwood II. Where the Cedarwood III differs from II is a great lower level family room tucked in behind the garage. The unfinished fourth level allows for even more expansion.

Courtney
Approx. 1,864 SF

The Courtney is an exciting new two-story plan. From its open entryway to its large three stall garage, every square foot of this plan was designed to accommodate the amenities that today’s families need. Openness is crucial in an effort to help keep today’s busy families connected. The expansive great room with its 14’ cathedral ceiling and its direct vent gas fireplace flows directly into the large kitchen and dinette. The Courtney features three bedrooms along with a first floor office and a great laundry/mudroom right off of the garage.

Fairfield II
Approx. 2,165 SF

The Fairfield II is a three or four bedroom, 1½-story home with stunning curb appeal. The Great room has a vaulted ceiling and a direct vent gas fireplace. A wonderful oak stair banister leads to the upstairs bedrooms and loft. The master suite is complete with a walk-in closet, double sinks, four foot shower and a whirlpool tub. The Fairfield II has a great open kitchen/dinette for casual dining plus a formal dining room for those special occasions. A first floor laundry room/mud room is right off of the garage.

Fieldstone
Approx. 1,348 SF

The Fieldstone is not your typical split foyer floor plan. The living room and the kitchen/dinette are separated from the three bedrooms by an offset hallway with a spindled oak banister overlooking the entry. The open kitchen/dinette features a lot of cabinet and counter space, a pantry and a breakfast bar. The unfinished lower level can accommodate over 700 square feet of future space. The two car garage is oversized and provides for a lot of extra storage space.

Grant
Approx. 2,243 SF

The Grant is a new four bedroom plan designed to incorporate the standard features of a traditional two-story but with more of an open feeling. A very large kitchen/dinette area is flanked by a Great room with direct vent fireplace. The kitchen has a raised breakfast bar, pantry, lots of cabinets and counter space. You’ll find plenty of windows on the back of the house that offer an abundance of light and a perfect view of the backyard. You’ll also find the laundry room, a formal dining room and an office/den on the 1st floor. The second floor features four large bedrooms, three of which have their own walk-in closets. The master suite has a very large walk-in closet and a bath featuring a whirlpool tub, shower and double sinks. The garage is oversized to accommodate two cars with lots of storage on the back.

Lewiston
Approx. 1,213 SF

While the Lewiston is our smallest ranch plan, it features all of the same quality components or our larger homes. A galley kitchen opens up to a dining area that looks out upon the back yard. The dinette opens up to a great room. Three bedrooms with 1¾ baths are also a part of this package.

Rockwell
Approx. 1,305 SF

The Rockwell is our most popular split foyer plan. The large open entry leads to the living room. The open kitchen/dinette is right off of the living room and features lots of cabinets, a pantry and a breakfast bar. A hallway off of the living room leads back to three large bedrooms and 1¾ baths. An unfinished daylight basement offers a lot of room for future expansion. An oversized double car garage provides for a lot of extra storage space.

Scarborough
Approx. 1,703 SF

The Scarborough….year after year…has been our most popular floor plan. This two-story, three bedroom home is one of the most functional floor plans on today’s market. The first floor features a Great room, an open kitchen/dinette area, an office, a laundry room and a powder room. The U-shaped kitchen opens up to the dining area complimenting today’s more casual lifestyles. All of the bedrooms upstairs are big with the master suite featuring a walk-in closet and bath.

Scarborough III

The Scarborough III is a two-story floor plan that has been updated to better meet the lifestyles of today’s busy families. The kitchen, dinette and family room stretch the back of the house allowing for more interaction. A front room off of the entry and kitchen is a flex room that could serve as a formal dining room, formal living room, or an office. Upstairs you’ll find three generously sized bedrooms. The master suite has a large walk-in closet and a private bath. The laundry room is located right off of the garage.

Sheffield
Approx. 1,826 SF

The Sheffield is one of our newest floor plans. The Sheffield is an adaptation of our very popular Scarborough plan. This two-story plan offers a very open feeling across the back of the house with a kitchen, dinette and family room. You’ll find the laundry room right off of the garage and close to the kitchen. Off of the entry is a front room designed as a 1st floor office. Upstairs you’ll find three generously sized bedrooms. The master suite has a great walk-in closet and a private bath.

Trent
Approx. 2,118 SF

The Trent is a new two-story floor plan designed to provide a more open feeling. A spacious kitchen features a center island and very large walk-in pantry. The kitchen opens up to the dinette and great rooms. A large mudroom/laundry can be found off of the garage and features washer/dryer hook-ups, a deep sink, closet and lots of extra storage. A first floor office can be found off of the entry. Three large bedrooms highlight the 2nd floor. The master suite features a large walk-in closet, a whirlpool tub, double sinks and a four foot shower. A second furnace and air unit has been added to this home for heating and cooling comfort on the 2nd floor.

Willemsen/Willemsen II

The Willemsen Is a great ranch style floor plan. The kitchen and dinette offer a great place for family gatherings. The U-shaped kitchen has a breakfast bar and pantry. The Great room can be found right off of the kitchen/dinette and has a cathedral ceiling and a direct vent gas fireplace. The three bedrooms can be found down a hallway off of the. Great room. The laundry in The Willemsen is near the bedrooms. The laundry in The Willemsen II, which is a larger version, can be found off of the garage and near the kitchen. The basement will accommodate future bedrooms or a very large family room.

Windflower/Windflower II
Approx. 1,619/1,760 SF

The Windflower plans are open ranch style layouts perfect for entertaining and today’s more casual lifestyles. Both plans are very open as the kitchen/dinette area opens up to the Great room. A laundry room/mud room can be found off of the garage. Two large bedrooms can be found on 1st floor as well as an office. The master suite has a great bathroom featuring a corner whirlpool tub, four foot shower and plenty of counter space. The walk-in closet, featuring built-in shelves and lots of rod space, is located right off of the bath. The unfinished basement lays out perfectly for two more bedrooms and a wonderful L-shaped family room. The Windflower II is an expanded version of the Windflower. The locations of office and laundry rooms are different, and the master bath has been rearranged.
